How to Avoid Stressing for No Reason #Day2

"How To Relax?" - try googling that once and surely, thousands of results are gonna pour in telling you to meditate, listen to music and do a bunch of other stuff. However, the question that popped in my head before writing this article was that why did we stress so much at all? Well maybe you readers would be tempted to tell me that our lives have become busy and all we need to do is hustle around. True. But is there a way to minimize the number of instances you take stress for no reason? Well yes there is. Here are 3 tips to avoid stressing so much in the first place and to remain carefree once in a while:

(1) Think of the solution rather than the problem:

Pretty obvious, huh? Even I thought it was until I realised how less we actually did that in our lives. Think of an emergency situation - well in my case it would be finishing an assignment whose deadline in an hour away. My first reaction would be cribbing about the ridiculously huge amount of assignments we are given and then ending up finishing it post the deadline. Would I have finished the assignment on time had I instantly started working on it rather than stressing over it so much? Probably I would have and even if not, it would have been far better than giving my head some rough time for no reason at all.

Bored of my unasked for story and skipped the last paragraph ? No issues, here's a brief illustration to explain my point.

(2) Stop thinking about opinions of people who do not matter to you :
Someone told you something over work and you have been mulling over it since the last few hours? Well let's reason it out. Do you think the opinion was any helpful to you? If yes, way to go! You are not stressing, you are spending some time doing something productive and improving yourself for good. Not helpful and just a trashy unasked for opinion? Well let it go buddy. We have more things to do and people to talk to who mean to us much more rather than thinking about those people.

(3) Organize:

I feel like even though my own life and workload seems to be all over the place every now and then, organising is what I emphasise a lot in this blog. But that would be because organisation and proper management is what pulls me and my workload into a proper space. Evidently, the satisfaction of having finished all the tasks I intended to do on time and finding all my things quickly and in the right place gives me happiness like nothing else does. Organising everything in your head is the key to a peaceful and a happy mind.

While sometimes stress can be helpful in bringing out the best in you, it can also, more often than not, bring the worst out of you.

Reason out your stress and you'll be fine.

Here's to positivity and peace, both in mind and body!

Stay tuned for more such articles!
Until then, bbye!
