Calm down and don't worry.

We've all been there at some point in our lives where the world seems to be going upside down. Those 24 hours seem to pass in no time but the never ending work does nothing but builds up your temper and tests your patience.

So here I am, to share some tips, which have helped me survive such long hectic days like a pro :

1) Take A Deep Breath :

Surely you are not expected to be a regular meditator when you have piles and piles of work to finish. But surely, sitting silently, taking deep breaths and liberating yourself of all the anxiety for at least 10 minutes once in a while will help you in exerting yourself for the next few hours of constant working.

2) Prepare A Checklist Or Mindmap :

Wait! Don't leave! Reading this clichè tip might be a major turnoff but trust me on this, writing a to-do list gives the same feeling of satisfaction as completing them does. Life suddenly feels more organized and not haywire anymore. Also, remember these tips are from a major procrastinator so you can rely on this article.

3) Prepare yourself for the day the night before :

Make sure you have enough sleep and don't end up staying up late at night even if it means cancelling your plan to watch the last episode of your favourite web series.

4) Take help from loved ones when needed :

It could be the urge to be self-dependent or merely concern or apprehension about bothering somebody -- whatever the reason might be but it's true that sometimes some of us become a bit hesitant in taking help from our parents, siblings or friends. But you should know that they are always there to become a helping hand in your hour of need.

5) Know that it's your choice if you want to make the day daunting or delightful :

Jamming to some good music, or something as simple as taking a nap for 20-25 minutes are some effective ways through which you can turn a seemingly dreadful day to a much better and relaxing one.
Also, even if this seems to be the most impractical thing ever but do not use social media -- the major reason for this being that you have no time to like posts of cute pups or celebrities.

Smile, be confident, feel gratitude and life will be simple like never before
